Construction:

The MH hyperboloid mixer is composed of transmission part, impeller, base and hoisting system. Hyperboloid agitator can be divided into dry-type.

Dry-type hyperboloid agitator is composed by motor and speed reducer, shock-absorbing seat, stirring shaft, hyperboloid impeller, electric cabinet (optional), Walkway Bridge (equipped by user) and so on.

Service and Maintenance:

  1. It is required to replace gear lubricating oil and clean up the inside oil contamination after the new motor has operated for 200 to 300 hours. You can replace them later within six months to one year.

  2. Please refer to the manufacturer’s operating manual for the use method of gear motor.

  3. Regularly check whether the rotating parts have unusual sounds and there exists temperature rise.

  4. Regularly check whether the current has anomalous change.
