Light steel-structure residential building is composed of cold-formed thin-wall steel component. The service life of the structure can be up to 100 years

5. Energy saving

All walls are efficient and energy-saving, and the heat preservation, thermal insulation and sound insulation effect are good to reach to 50% energy-saving standard.

6. Thermal insulation

The insulating materials are mainly glass fiber cotton, which have good insulating effect. The insulation board of outer wall is used to effectively avoid “cold bridge” phenomenon of wall and reach to better insulation effect. The thermal resistance of about 100mm R15 insulated cotton is equivalent to that of 1m brick wall.
