Sintered Resin Bond CBN Internal Grinding Head

The sintered resin bond CBN internal grinding wheel can be applied to the hole processing of steel casting with high hardness and processing-difficulty. For example, the resin bond CBN grinding wheel can be used for the boring processing of the heat treated stainless steel, alloy steel, HSS, mode steel, bear steel, tool steel, carbon steel, 45# steel, SKD11 steel imported from Japan, chilled cast iron, chromium alloy, titanium alloy. Additionally, it also can be used in the manufacture of universal joint, aircraft engine, automotive engine, hydraulic tappet, gear, nozzle, pump, air conditioner compressor,  mold,coupling etc and the hydraulic valve industry. 

Sintered resin bond CBN internal grinding head can be divided into coarse grinding ( grits  ranging from 60# to 120#, can reach the finish from Ra 0.6 to Ra 0.8), half fine grinding( grits ranging from 140# to 240# can reach the finish from Ra 0.2 to Ra 0.4), fine grinding(grits ranging from 280# to 600# can reach the finish below Ra0.1).   The shapes of the resin CBN grinding head are mainly cylinder ( cylinders with handle, hollow cylinder without handle and cylindrical grinding head with the center of the aluminum alloy matrix), cone, curve.
