•  Power system of  inflated snacks making machine

• Mixer : mix raw material equally according to the recipe

• Spiral Conveyor : take the raw material to the extruder

• Twin screw extruder : cook and extrude the raw material with certain pressure and temperature to make different puffed snacks

• Core injector : there is a pipe connected to the extruder , so the injector can fill jam /chocolate /cream to the center of the snacks .

• Cutter : to cut the snacks with certain length , the cutting length and speed is adjustable

• Elevator : convey  the snacks to the oven

• Oven : bake the snacks to take away the moisture content and make the snacks crispy.

• Favoring line : equipped with oil sprayer and powder sprayer to flavor the snacks with powder type seasonings such as sugar powder ,salt ,pepper powder and so on .
