Production Application
1. DKC-1 electric layer machine, a machinery electric tool, is used to conveyor belt. It includes micromotor,
eccentric shaft, the slider connected with the eccentric shaft and blades installed on the slider.
The opening electric blade is suitable for the docking process in opening conveyor above all.
2. The Characteristics of DKC - 1 electric layer machine are that it includes chassis and the micro-
motor installed in the chassis. Micro- motor shaft connects eccentric shaft, and the eccentric
shaft connected to the slide block. On the top of the sliding block, there is screw blade and the
block is fixed on the chassis with screws.
3. Electric DQC - 1 layer cutting machine belongs to the conveyor belt cutting tools.
It is made of micromotor, eccentric shaft, slide block, blade, sliding plate and bolt, knurled nut.
Its working process is that micromotor drives the eccentric shaft, to-and-fro movement through the slider
to drive the blade, reach the role of faults in conveyor belt, and the cutting depth can be adjusted by knurl
nut through the displacement of sliding plate.
