Description

 

Laser cladding is a new surface modification technology. All parts are arranged in the protecting cover. The engine valves come from the vibration feeding system and storage one by one on the conveyer for the picking system. Then the picking system grasp one engine valve to the cladding worktable area, the fixture clamps the engine valve and rotate, At the same time the powder sending system put out the powder and the laser come out to do the cladding. After finish the cladding, the fixture loose the chuck and the valve drops to the tank.
