We are available to do 2D and 3D mold designs as per your 3D product file such as parasolid or "stp" file, as well as review and consulting on existing mold designs. Our experience is quite extensive from the simple to complex. We do prototype through high cavitation production utilizing 2D and 3D software modeled designs as required. We can design all molds from a simple 2 plate single cavity cold runner design to complicated multi cavity hot runner manifold systems including unscrewing molds utilizing hydraulic or electric cylinder with a rack or rotary gear system. We design multiple cam action molds for small through very large parts.
