Gabion, a three-dimensional constructions of various shapes and sizes, is made of twisted wire mesh hexagonal mesh or welded wire mesh. Gabions are filled with rock at the project site to form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures such as retaining walls for commercial, industrial and road projects. They are also used for erosion control, bank stabilization, channel linings, and weirs.

Reno Mattress

Rectangular design of large area and low altitude, usually from 17 to 1250px for the strength of long mattresses are also divided internally by transverse diaphragms.

The name mattress were due to the small ratio of height to length and width. With its low height Reno mattresses have a large coverage area.

Application of Reno mattresses

Reno mattresses are usually used to protect the walls of channels, retaining walls on slopes, landscape construction, protect the pipelines, regulation of river channels, strengthening of the banks, soil stabilization, flood protection.

Gabion Sack

Gabion sack is specifications cylindrical gabions, the construction of prefabricated double twisting mesh diameter 0.65 or 0.95 meters and a length of 2 to 4 meters . Gabion sack designs are in the form of cylinders with tied ends. To enhance the gabion sack, wire edges of panels has a larger diameter than the main wire mesh. Thanks to the use in the manufacture of cylindrical mesh gabions dual torsion structure resistant to deformation of individual cells, including breaks (not spreading at break of single cells and easy to repair).

Sack gabions filled with stones are used in river control and various emergency works. Sack gabions are supplied with steel reinforcing wires inserted during the manufacturing process to facilitate closing during installation.

Application of Gabion sacks

*Used for urgent works on liquidation of accidents on the rivers, at the base of bank stabilization in the presence of high water or a large depth of the required capacity.

*To build the foundations of dams in the presence of a high wave and ice loads.

*For training grounds in waters if you can not pump water . May be laid directly in the mud or on rough bottom topography.

Welded Wire Mesh Gabion

Welded mesh provides a more rigid face and is popular for architectural applications, gabion cladding and free standing walls.Welded mesh gabions are faster to erect and do not need tensioning. This allows them to keep their shape, to be free from bulges and depressions and fit easily against the wall. It is possible to cut holes in them if needed to pass pipes etc through and they can be machine filled.
