Air Handling Unit Aluminum Profile
HJCLEAN air handling unit aluminum profile is for assembly the frameworks. Our aluminum profile is used in air handling unit, it is made of 6063 aluminum alloy. It is easy to install and maintain. Perfect insulation compares with the normal series, obstruct the inside and outside condensation effective with thermal break. With perfect assembly ways for Panel fix on aluminum profile by screw or pressing with piece profile. There are two series of them, one is thermal break profile the other is common profile. All profiles are easier to assembly and reasonable structure for the air handling unit. The thermal break profile use the engineering plastic to break the cold and heat transfer between inner and outer, and then use the seal gasket to fix the PU panel in order to avoid the condensation on the surface. It have the perfect sealing effect than the traditional ways which only use some additional keep-warm material between the aluminum profiles.
