Question 2: I know nothing about the import, can you help me?

 

Answer: This will not be a problem. If you do not know how to import, our cooperated freight 

             forwarder will help you to import. You only have to pay a small money to themand they will 

             take careof everything. It is very easy and simple.

 


Question 3:  What should I do if I find some damages on machine or it doesn't work 

                   When I open its packing?

 

Answer:  When you unpack the machine, please take photos for each step. After unpacking,

               if you find damages, please take photos also and send the photos of unpacking and damages                   to us at once. When it doesn't work,you just need to takeout your Phone to recording a video 

               and send to me. We will figure out the reasonand give you several solutionsfor the problems.

               (The common-used solution is that we make a new machine and transport to)

 


Question 4: What about the packing of machine

 

Answer: Our Professional packing will furtherest protect your machine.

             Option A: Rolled with paper tube and plastic bag

             Option B: Roll with paper tube inner and plastic bag and weaving bag outer

Question 5: Could you send the machine to my home?

              transportation, which means he will transport your goods directly from our factory
