Product Introduction
This type of crusher is suitable for materials of fragile, middle hardness and surface moisture no more than 10%-15%, also the compressive strength value no more than 100Mpa. This crusher is always used for coal crushing in power station, mining and cement plant, etc. Meanwhile, it can also be used for fine crushing of middle hardness and fragile materials in metallurgy industry, construction industry, road construction, etc.
Operating Principle
This type of crusher adopts advanced structure from both China and international countries. Its main working component is rotator with hammer. Rotator is driving by motor to running at high speed inside the crushing body. Materials enter the crusher from the feeding port on the top, under cutting, beating, impacting of hammers to achieve breaking. At the bottom of the rotator, there fixed with a screening, smaller size that satisfy the requirement can be discharged, while bigger size materials can remain and being crushed. This crusher can adjust the grid gap to change the discharge size so that can meet different requirements from different customers.
