AWS A5.9 ER409Ti 1.2MM MIG Stainless Steel Welding Wire

Applications and Features :

• Weld metal is ferrite structure with 12%Cr-Ti.

• It provides good heat and corrosion resistance.

• It is suitable for welding the exhaust and muffler system, such as AISI 409 ferritic stainless steel.

 

Welding Instruction

(1) Use Ar blend with 1~2%O2 for high current, spray transfer welding. (2) Use Ar blend with 1~2%CO2 for low current, short-circuit transfer welding.
