Glass Sand Core Crucible

Sand core crucible is made of borosilicate glass 3.3, and has good physical and chemical properties. It is suitable for filtration of different substances in chemical analysis, sanitary inspection, pharmaceutical industry, biological products, etc. According to the size of the filter holes, the filter is divided into four types for users to choose.For newly purchased glass filters, hot hydrochloric a-cid or chromium sulphuric a-cid should be used for one time before use, and then rinsed with distilled water to remove possible dust impurities in the filters.

After each use or use for a certain period of time, it is necessary to carry out effective washing treatment, so as to avoid blocking the filter hole by sediment and affecting the filtering efficiency. The filter thickness is designed according to the flow rate and certain mechanical strength. Therefore, whether under positive or negative pressure, attention must be paid not to make the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter more than 1 kg/square centimeter. At the same time, due to the special shape of the filter and the welding between the edge of the filter and the shell, it must be carried out slowly in heating or cooling.
