Pipettor With Fixed Volume

Fixed pipettor is a new type of precision measuring instrument. It is suitable for extracting and adding liquids such as blood in laboratory and production analysis of medical, teaching, chemical and scientific research departments. Fully autoclavable(121℃ for 20min).

Types: fixed micro-transfer pipettor, mini pipettor

Sterile: non-sterile, fully sterile

Attention:

1.The working room temperature is(20±5)℃

2. The main shaft end mark line align with the cover surface indicator for the required capacity.

3.In case of insufficient suction and obstructed drainage, do not disassemble and send it to us for maintenance.

Usage method:

1. Put the pipette tip on the head of the pipettor and gently rotate clockwise to ensure the sealing.

2. Push the button at the measured point before use, and suck and drain the liquid several times to ensure the consistency of the air pressure inside and outside the pipettor chamber.

3. Hold the pipettor vertically, push the button to the first stop point, dip the pipette tip into the liquid level of 2-4mm, then slowly relax the button to reset, wait for 1-2 seconds to remove from the liquid, and avoid touching anything.

4. Transfer the pipette tip to the wall of the sampling container, slowly press the button to the first stop point, wait for 1-2 seconds, then press the button completely. After discharging all the liquid, the pipette tip should slide upward along the container wall and take out, then relax the button to reset, that is to say, complete an operation process.
