Introduction:
QBY air operated diaphragm pumps
QBY pump has two diaphragms, the compressed air come to the pump body to drive the pump in the constant action of sucking and releasing, so it can pump the liquids easily by this principle. Also it is very safe in dangerous environment since it has no electric motor.
· Diaphragm materials: neoprene, fluoride rubber, Buna-N rubber and Teflon.
· Casing materials: Cast Iron, SS304, SS316, Aluminum, PP, PP lining, PVDF, NBR lining.
Advantages:
1. No need of lead water, it can be used as self-sucking pump, dive pump, submersible pump, slurry pump.
2. Wide range of diaphragm materials: neoprene, fluoride rubber, Buna-N rubber and Teflon.
3. QBY air diaphragm pump not only can exhaust the flow liquid, but also can convey some uneasy flowed medium.
