FRESH MILK AND YOGHOURT TWO-PURPOSE PLATE TYPE WHOLE SET STERILIZING EQUIPMENT
 
The fresh milk and yoghoutr two-purpose plate type whole set sterilizing equipment is specially used for pasteurization of fresh milk and yoghourt. The plates and stainless steel pipes are made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel. The temperature of material inlet is 5.The sterilization technology: fresh milk 95/15S and yoghoutr 95/300S. The temperature of material outletis 5/45.The steam system adopts SPIRAXSARCO steam pressure relief valve, regulating valve and Denmarek TEMPRESS temperature sensor. The control cabinet adopts Japan Fuji temperature controller and Schneider electric components. The system has such functions an high temperature alarm and low temperature return flow, which have strictly guaranteed that all discharged materials comform to the technology parameters an required.

With such features an high heat recovery, compact and beautiful structrue, stable temperature control etc.

The system adopts ultra-high temperature processing method, which can strictly sterilize the dairy,tea beverage and fruit etc. and then transfe to aseptic packaging.The sterilizing temperature is 135~140 and the heat preservation period is 4~5 seconds, so an to maintain the original nutrition, color and flavor of beverage and dairy.
