The Fast Series Semiautomatic Vision Measurement Machine is designed for a more high efficient measuring usage. The full series are using granite for machine frame, aluminum or granite for option for the working stage.

Using UWC3200 series controller, the Z axis is motorized controlled, users are able to control the movement of the Z axis using the PC keyboard or mouse click in the software window.

The surface and contour illumination are using software control and programmable, with the UWC 8 sections surface LED ring light, users are able to use different combination of the light to get more clear edge of the measuring parts.

Also the UWC3200 is offering auto focus function, much increase the operation efficiency.

Using HD grade CCD camera, with proper LCD the image display is able to reach 1280*960 pixels, increase the operation experience and measuring accuracy.

The image size can be up to 1280 x 960 using the proper LCD

All the work tables are equipped with standard holes for fixture , which increases the efficiency of measuring.

3 axis with accurate cross guide way ensures the high accuracy and stability for the machine movement.

Z axis with servo motor control, adjustable speed, makes more convenient of the machine up and

down movement.

The series is equipped with high performance linear transducer to grantee high precision and great stability.
