Product Description
PC tube extrusion machine can produce T8,T5, circle PC LED tubes. Material could be PC and PMMA,
all over could be single color or bi-color. We also can customzied for you based on your idea. It have
advantage of quick formed , high speed, low cost, and low wastage.

Screw: could be single screw and twin screw. We take the best screw in this field : JWELL. Make sure precision stable and longer service life.
Controller could be controlled by computer or Integrate temperature control. Easy to operate
Mould adopt imported S136 Mould dedicated steel.
Cooling basin: use SUS304 stainless steel. three-dimensional adjustable frame.

(1)This extrusion line is used for producing PS/PMMA transparent, semi-transparent lamp chimney, PC-
LED energy-saving lamp chimney and fluorescent tube profile etc. The products are widely used in the
fields of illumination and decoration. The main raw material is PS and engineering plastic (PC/PMMA) etc.
(2)The production line includes high efficiency single screw extruder, calibration table, haul off, precise
cutter, the screw and barrel adopts Japan technology is designed for PC/PMMA material.
(3) Extrusion host adopt efficient extrusion screw, variable-frequency regulating speed technology, on the
basis of various specifications of product configuration of different specification host, Calibrating bench
adopt stainless steel wet pan, match domestic brands vacuum pump, Drawer adopts Siemens motor,
frequency conversion control, manual or automatic electric lift, belt traction, Cutting machine adopts
imported saw blade positioning cut off.
