Torsion and winding testing machine for metal wire

1.Scope of use

ER-10 metal wire torsion and winding testing machine is a kind of new digital display type metal wire torsion and winding testing machine developed by our company. It is horizontal structure, which consists of loading, driving, winding, afterburner, tracking, etc. It is applicable to the torsion winding performance test for nominal diameter of Φ1-Φ10mm steel wire, copper, aluminum and its alloy wire; Rotation speed: 15,20,30,60 r / min adjustable. It main test the ability of wire in one-way, two-way torsion or winding to withstand plastic deformation and display wire surface and internal defects. And it equip with torsion, winding necessary accessories, to achieve a multi-purpose machine. It meet standard of GB/T4909.7-2009, GB/T2976-2004, GB/T2611-2007, etc.
