Description

 

This complete set of equipment is used for smelting and precise casting for Titanium and Tantium alloy. The metal is melt under vacuum condition in the ceramic crucible. 

Adopt electron-magnetic induction principle, quicker heating, less burning loss, lower labor strength, better good quality.

The equipment adopts bottom lifting or fixed point casting structure which is safe for operation.

Special quick heating ceramic inner chamber, the melting environment is clean.

Adopt diode whole bridge rectification which has little impact on the resonance of the grid.

Adopt the superior non-polarity thin-film capacitor, the middle frequency coupling transformer is composed of micro-crystalline material which ensure the safe operation, easy match and convenient adjustment, wide scope of loading.

The furnace body adopts double cooling water structure which can effectively cool down the furnace body. There is anti-explosive valve on the body which has the function of explosion protection and decompression.
