                Directional solidification furnace for polysilicon purification

Specification

This vacuum directional solidification furnace takes advantage of middle frequency induction heating principle to smelt the metals. Then melt metals will be put into a designed crucible.  Heating, heat preservation, temperature controlled is achieved by the graphite electrical resistance furnace. Then the crucible will fall dwon slowly through a large temperature gradient, the crystallization will form at the bottom of the crucible, and gradually develops upwards. The product is mainly used for alkali halide products, optical crystal, scintillation crystal, laser cystal etc.

The equipment has following functions and features: automatic temperature control, quick heating and cooling, quick lifting and take ingot, protection on over voltage. There is also a operation platform for convenient operation and maintenance.

 

Description

The directional solidification furnace is used for the hot liquid silicon solidification and reduction purification.

This equipment adopts electro-magnetic induction principal, quicker heating, less burning loss, lower labor strength, better good quality.

The whole system adopts full digital control which can realize power factor calibration, constant power control, temperature control, frequency tracking, zero power start-up, real-time monitor on over-current and over-voltage faults, alarm display etc.

Quick IGBT drive circuit which can significantly improve the wave of the resonance, reduce the time of dead zone and decrease the loss of switch.

Adopt the superior non-polarity thin-film capacitor, the middle frequency coupling transformer is composed of micro-crystalline material which ensure the safe operation, easy match and convenient adjustment, wide scope of loading.

The vacuum induction smelting furnace is made of the column furnace body, furnace lid, temperature detecting mechanism, vacuum system, insulation heating system, furnace discharge chamber, pneumatic control system, cooling water system, working platform, smelting power supply, hydraulic system.

The furnace body adopts double cooling water structure which can effectively cool down the furnace body. There is anti-explosive valve on the body which has the function of explosion protection and decompression.
