Description:

The vacuum gas atomization equipment combines the induction smelting technology with vacuum gas aotmization technology which ensures the effective cost, high power production rate.

The smelting furnace is of stainless steel structure. The furnace adopts vertical structure and the induction coil is connected to the IGPS middle frequency induction heating power supply via the water cooling electrode.

The nozzel is mounted on the 10-12mm position of the smelting crucible.

The closed cooling tower requires less energy, and the operation is easy and reliable.

Cyclone separator adopts the general formula design, lined with high temperature heat insulation material interfaces at the bottom with the atomizing chamber are set the cooling water jacket to ensure the seals for long time using.

Air supply system is a device supplying air for atomization nozzle. It consists of valves, high-pressure pipeline and air supply bus-bar.

 

Principle & application:

The vacuum induction gas atomization equipment adopts middle frequency induction smelting technology along with vacuum atomization technology.  The metal is put into the smelting chamber, the metals will be smelt into  liquid metal under protective gas such as Argon or Nitrigen. The liquid metals flow down the bottom induction smelting furnace and through the nozzle. The liquid metals will be atomized and cracked into fine particles by the high pressure gas flow via the nozzle. The liquid metals will be atomized and then cooled and solidified in the atomization chamber during falling down.

Those fine metal powers are widely used in many industrial fileds such as manufacturing additive, laser sintering, laser smelting, electro beam smelting and other industrial equipment spare parts etc.
