Description:
The qualified formula metal alloy ingot raw source under vacuum and inert atmosphere to melt, refine and spray, quick cool, primary crush, thus making the metal mini-type magnetic sheet for continuous vacuum spinning equipment.
Standard melting rate is 1.5kg/min, the max melting rate is 2.5kg/min.
General melting temperature is 1350 and the max melting temperature is 1500 .
Melting system uses IGPS power supply and the melting power is more than 250KW, it takes about 40 minutes from power on to totally melt.
The secondary system can load 50kg ingot with diameter below 200mm.
Cooling chamber has vibration cooling function which can cool temperature from 700 to 60 within 2 minutes.
Applications:
The vacuum melt-spinning furnace is under the vacuum or non- vacuum conditions to smelt metals such as Fe-based alloy, Ni-based alloy. Under the non-vacuum state, pour the liquid metals on the surface of the high-speed rotating cooled roll, the rotating cooled roll throwing and hitting the metals into thin ribbon material.
