Product Description
1. Raw material mixing machine: sheet machine can mix material 50Kg for each time,and each mixing time is 15 minutes.
2. Foaming agent injection pump: Plunger pump.The max pressure is 32Mpa,and flux can be adjusted steplessly.
3. Refrigerationg setting & cutting device:Sheet width depends on setting roller,and wind blows through the center.
4. Extruder: Length/dia-meter ratio: 50:1.The Screw Shaft and barrel adopt 38CrMoAIA material,with nitrogen treatment.
5. Traction engine: Two-roller traction.Rotate speed can be adjusted steplessly.Be convenient to controll sheet thickness.
6. Winding machine:There are two winding rollers,and one is spare roller.Two rollers can be used in transpositional position by rotating.
7. Electrical control screen:Key part adopt famous imported product.
