The bursting disc safety device is a pressure relief device which is controlled by the pressure difference and has an effect on the pressure relief and pressure relief device with no more closed.Its role is to prevent the pressure equipment in the operation process of the sudden change in pressure, to reach the pressure equipment can not bear, the bursting of the safety device, with the release of pressure, pressure equipment within the pressure to reduce, safe access to security.

The basic structure types of bursting disc safety device produced by our company are: flat bursting disc, conventional domed disc, reverse domed bursting disc and so on.

LF bursting disc

Structure features:

Composite bursting disc, composed of a strength film, a sealing film and other components. For the situations where the back pressure needs to be withstood, a support shall be added. Holes and slots (radial or circumferential) are made in the strength film and back support film to weaken the material strength. The tensile failure occurs in the cross-section with minimum pitch when over pressure.

Technical features:

• Applied to gas, liquid medium and the operating conditions of low bursting pressure;

• When the coincident temperature is determined, the applicable temperature of sealing film shall be taken into account;

• Maximum operating pressure can reach 80% of the minimum bursting pressure;

• Fragments may arise in bursting, so the serial usage with the safety relief valve is not recommended.

• LF bursting disc with large diameter may gain extremely low bursting pressure, applicable in dust pressure-relief and explosion-suppression occasions;

• Code of Products without support is LF, and the code of products with support is LFT.
