The production of extrusion equipments of PVC-U spiral muffler pipe is the same as that of common PVC-U pipe, the key is that the mold structure is more complex. The spiral protuberant reinforcing steel in PVC-U spiral muffler pipe is brought because of the mold mandrel rotation, straight through nose cannot make the mandrel rotate, usually using orthogonal nose, of which the 90?angle is formed by feeding direction and nose center of extrusion machine.
