Features:
 

1. Only the MDF which can be workable for E1 or Carb2 standard can be used in the mass production, which Formaldehyde content is no more than 1.5mg/L.
2. All the products are cut by digital control machine so the difference between the actual sizes of the products and your required sizes of the products are within +/- 1mm. It means our precision of the products sizes in frame industry is very high.
3. Only free-lead paint is used for the painting on the frame.
4. The last finishing of the item is handmade 100 percents. You never find two items are the same in your order.
5. The finishing coat is finished in dust-free workshop. All the goods are clean wiped.
6. All the goods will be packed to 5 layer master cartons which is very strong and solid to protect the goods from possible damage during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.
7. Some filler can be added into the master cartons to make the mail order packing or drop test packing if you need.
8. Your own logo or any patterns you like can be printed on the white pizza box if your order quantity is ok.

2. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?
 
It will take 5 days as the longest time for us to finish your samples order.
 
3. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
 
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
 
4. What shall we do after the goods is shipped out to you?
 
Firstly, we will send you the shipping advice to you which containers the shipping information of the vessel and the goods to help you the purchase the insurance of this shipment. This is very important for the buyers to reduce the risk of the shipment we consider. Secondly, we will follow the shipment timely. Before the container arrives at your port, a kindly email will be sent you as a reminder to remind you the container will arrive soon.
