2. The MDF used in all the products are environmental. Its hazardous substance contents are conformed to the international standard such as RoHS. Our always used MDF is Carb2 Standard, which formaldehyde content is less than 0.5mg/L. And other standard MDF can be provided such E1 or E0.
3. The lead content of the paint is very low, which is no more than 0.06mg/L if you need.
4. The overall sizes and inner sizes of each item is almost at your request with one very little random error. It is just from plus 1mm to minus 1mm.
5. The painted is sprayed by the skilled workers so it looks nice and good.
6. The finishing coat of all the products are sprayed in one workshop which we call it dust-free plant. So the products are really clean without any dust.
7. Before each painting, the surface of each product is polished smoothly.
8. Our mater cartons are strong enough which is 5 layers can protect the goods from our warehouse to yours.

1. How about the charges if you need some samples from us?
 
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
 
2. How quickly we can response after your inquiry?
 
We will send your reply timely if we are online or in our working hours. If it is too late for us to give you're the reply, the reply can be sent you in 12 hours as the deadline we promise to you.
 
3. How long can you get the samples If you place a sample order with us?
 
3 to 5 working days is the delivery time of the samples. And if you need many samples such as 30 items, it will take a little longer time.
 
4. What shall we do after the goods is shipped out to you?
 
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well
 
5. What we can do for protection of the goods during the long distance transportation?
