Structure and principle of the machine
The machine is a three-step anneal device, the three contact wheels constitutes the pre-heat section, the anneal section and the dry-up section. The strap wheel which on the speed control wheel rear shaft drive the three contact wheel on the anneal device through the strap to keep the contact wheel has certain percentage synchronization in relation with the line drawing machine. Connect the positive pole and cathode to upper and lower anneal wheel, use the heat generated by current flow inside the copper line when contact with the contact wheel to achieve the purpose of preheat, anneal and dry-up.
