Light duty outside warehouse dedicated single girder goliath crane

1. Brief  Introduction

MH Type Electric Single-girder Gantry Crane forms a complete set with electric hoist. The surface of facing wind is very small, because of its steel-piping leg. It is the best light crane, which is used both in multi-wind area and workshop. It also has ground-controlling and emote-controlling. Lifting capacity is 2-20t(Gn),and the span is 10-30m, working system is 25% and ambient temperature no more than 40°C. Wind pressure is lsee than 125pa.

2 Technical characteristics

Hard-tooth reducer

Electric appliance adjusts speed without contact or spark module, and fulfill converter function, including mini-speed and double speed, possibly frequency inverter control speed regulation, which make traveling and lifting very steady.

Operation board (handle) adopts 12V safe voltage. 

Electric controlling can be used more than 2million times when the voltage is 380V+5~ -10%

3. Safety announcement

Users should lock the crane in time, when the crane stops operating on operating spot.

There is no electric wire above the total switch of the crane. Strictly forbid to use in such dangerous operating as easily combustible, explosive, corrosive, overloading, dust, etc.

Total length of suspending outside is less than1/3 of the span and 90%of suspending limiting-position (Gn). In addition, the trolley cannot travel until the heavy objects moved inside the support. If the trolley must travel outside the support, its heavy objects (Gn) should reduce 10%-20%. If total length of suspending outside is more than 1/3 of the span, the heavy objects (Gn) should reduce step by step, In a word, the trolley cannot travel until the heavy objects are near the support, and the crab isn't suitable for traveling outside the support. Wind pressure should be less than 150pa.
