Rotor casting machine is suitable for casting the aluminum rotor of small size which used in pump motor, washing machine motor, compressor motor, air conditione motor, fan motor etc;
4 working stations; it does working table rotation, casting, scratch removing, rotor cooling, unloading automatically.

(2) Application
1. It is in 4 working station in rotary plate. .
2. Mechanical arms takes and puts self- rivet rotor core in the loading station,and then operator injects liquid aluminum in the casting station , which has smoke-sucking sysytem ,auto releasing agent spraying system and cooling system ,aluminum scraps come back to the aluminum melt oven.
3. It owns the merit of saving labor cost , high effiency and low tooling cost etc.
