This PVC Skinning Foam Board Extrusion Line produced foam board mainly used for construction formworkers.
raw material PVC and wood powder extrudered by conical double screw extruder, inner layer with foaming agent making that layer foamed to decrease board density, surface co-extruded PVC material to increase hardness, which is suitable working for concrete formworks.
our Machine use world famous brand electric parts, like SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER, ABB etc.
Main shaft bearing using NSK.
screw and barrel made from 38CrMoAlA, bi-metallic processing.
Gearbox could be vertical or horizontal style, vertical method can help save some place.
