Main Technical Parameters
1. Applicability:coating 150~220gsm roll base EPE, non woven and so on.
2. Coating materials: PE, PP, EAA, EVA and so on.

9. Unwinding system adopts 360 turnover double shafts work station, high speed to
change rolls without stop the machine, Tension is automatically controlled by vertical inverter motor
technology, and tension feedback system. Rectify system adopts trolley type automatic pneumatic
rectifying equipment (EPC), rectify journey: ±50mm.
10. Extruder system : Pedestal for extruder adopts the light rail pedestal to move automatically
from front to back, up and down.
11. Screw & Barrel: φ 90mm, L=33D, screw material: 38CrMoAl.hardening and surface itrogen Treated
(NT), enhanced double mixing type, with high capacity. Change filter by long life filter device.

18. Winding adopts 360 turnover double work station and frequency conversion control. Automatic
