USE:
This machine is used to check, rewind and cut all kinds of roll materials such as BOPP, PET, CPP and PVC.
FEATURE: 
1.Imported PLC integrated control is used in electrical control system, man-made is carried out by touch screen, Set and display working parameters according to the requirements from different products.
2.Rewinder and unwinder adopts vector frequency inverter , rewinding diameter calculated by PLC to realize automatic tension control. 
3.Non-shaft pneumatic unwinding and rewinding, The width can be adjustable via electric drive.
4.Automatic stroboscope to observe printing images is equipped in the system. If there is any defects saw by eyes, press the button of defects, the machine will automatically go back to defect image. 
5.Unwinder has web guide system. 
6.Air exhausting device for waste is adopted.
7.The system has meter counting , roll diameter calculate , automatic machine stop when stress fracturing material etc .
8.The system has perfect integration design with machine , electricity and pneumatic, and take complete safety protective measures.
