2. Description:
BP2200-10 shot-blaster is flat tape transmission carriage model and machine body is welded structure, used for elevating the ash and shot mixture from lower screw roller conveyor to the top.
The main elevating wheel adopts big belt wheel to increase friction, while the down wheel is mouse cage style to anti-sand, anti-slide and anti-leaning, so that the transmission tape runs stable and reliable and is prolonged its life effectively.
When there is the condition of tape skid in the process of elevator running, you can adjust tension device or check whether it is overloaded.
This machine adopts model BE curtain style structure separator. Shots and ash mixture is sent into separating area well-proportionally passes through screw feeding conveyor. Due to different weight, shot and ash fall into their own passage when pass through 4-5m/s horizontal air current . And the cleaning shot sifts out through grinding and prepare for shot-blaster working in hopper. While minute ash is absorbed by cleaning system, so cleaning processed pure air is let into environment and granule ash is collected.
