2. Specifications
This welding manipulator can form into a welding center together with welding rotator/positioner and submerge arc welding power. It is widely applied to manufacturing such as boiler, pressure vessel, petrochemistry and mechanism. And then can auto weld the inward-outerward longitudinal and circumferential welds of cylinder components. The column welding manipulator is composed of elevating mechanism, inner boom expansion mechanism, slewing gear, traveling gear and cross trimming mechanism. In order to guarantee safety and welding quality when the outer boom expanded that is to say when travel seam welding, elevation, slew, travel and inner boom expansion are licked. Besides this, elevate travel and slew are locked each other. The outer boom elevating mechanism is driving by AC motor supplied by converter so that can adjust speed stepless in a wide range to satisfy needs of welder gain the best welding standard.
