2. Description:

 

Rolling process

 

This machine has many types of craftwork, first bend two heads of work piece then rolling, or leave bending allowance, bending then pre-bending, or pre-bend one head, then pre-bend another. Final user can choose according to actual need, the following is just a reference:

 

a. Put flat steel or pipe into mould channel ,make left down roller mould touch the work piece and upper roller mould clamp the pipe.

b. Right down roller mould rise up slowly to start bending, pre-bend between upper roller moulds and left down roller mould to get needed diameter, check with sample. In this process, clamp the edge of pipe to reduce leaving straight plate and get better pre-bending.

c. Left roller mould gets down while right down roller mould raise up, take the work piece to left side , pre-bend another head between upper roller mould and right down roller mould.

d. Adjust two down roller moulds to same horizontal position, bend for several times (usually 3-5times) to needed diameter.

e. Cut off leaving straight work piece, continue bending or solve deformation and seam jointing , then check the round.

 

Mould

 

Through forge—anneal—machining –hardening and tempering—flaw detection—finish machining –quench—grinding.

 

This mould has good rigidity, wear resistance and long life, which is very suitable for high load work.
