2. Description:

 

This machine is composed of main body, down roller, supporting roller, mould, transmission part, NC digital display, electrical system and hydraulic system.

 

Main body

Main body of this machine is steel plate welding structure, three-layer steel plate, and base plate and boarding plate weld together to form two cavums. the front cavum is used to fix down roller , while the back one is used to fix transmission part , all steel plates are solved through following process:anti-rust , bevel cutting for continuous welding , whole annealing and anti-stress before welding for good rigidity ,capacity to resist distortion and long time work under full load. 

 

Down roller

Upper roller is fixed on the body, both heads are supported by double line of spherical roller bearing; this structure has high load capacity and good rigidity.

 

Down roller part is composed of down roller shaft, double line of spherical roller bearing, shaft cover, turning beam and cylinder. Two down roller and shaft are fixed on turning beam and then placed in the cavum. Through the power from down roller cylinder , two down rollers can do arc movement individually around shaft line , then center distance between two don rollers and upper roller change to finish pre-bending and rolling for different shape and size. The movement of down roller can be displayed on manipulation table‘s screen by synchronically gear and photo electricity coder, which makes manipulation more convenient.
