2. Description:
The machine mainly consists of: main driving motor, driving roll, leveling roll, holding-down device, guiding roll, engine base, and feeding track, etc. featuring of compact structure, easier operation and convenient maintenance.
The base and the upper machine frame are welded by plate and section steel, and then do the process of stress relief.
Leveling principle: The leveling operation of the machine is based on the lever principle. The leveling press roll and driving roll form the supporting point and pressing point of the lever, which is just like the passage. When the bending flange plates of H-shaped steel through this passage, they will be straightened under the pressure of leveling press roll. After this elastic deformation, the required leveling shape can be recovered.
