3. Description:
The key components for power conversion and transmission of NBM inverter CO2 gas shield pulse argon arc welder are insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) power module, amorphous alloy magnetic core and fast recovery power diode.
The high performance 16-bit DSP chip is employed as the main control chip, which features high control accuracy and fast response. The parameters pre-set function is available and the equipment can achieve storing the current parameters and invoking the pre-set parameters.
Designed with the new technology of wave form control and shunt reactor, the NBM inverter CO2 gas shield pulse argon arc welder takes usage of pulse width modulation (PWM) technology to adjust the speed of wire feed circuit.
The wire feed rate is steady and the welding splatter is little. Thus, the equipment is very suitable for welding the work piece with the materials of ordinary low carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and aluminum alloy.
