3. Description:

 

WSM-315/400/500-1 series IGBT inverter DC (pulse) Argon arc welder, it’s main components adopted import components and has excellent welding performance. It has three functions: TIG/ PULSE TIG/ MMA. When do manual welding (MMA), it can exert force current automatically to prevent welding rod from binding and has small spatter.

 

When do TIG welding, its excellent high frequency arc starting make the arc starting very convenient and it has stable welding current and can weld stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel and copper. And especially suitable for welding stainless steel thin plate and thin pipe, it’s a good kind of welder to line of architecture decoration, container manufacturing, project installation, automobile maintenance and die repairing.

 

There are three optional welding modes of the IGBT inverter DC muti pulse argon arc welder, which are DC pulse tungsten inert gas (TIG), DC TIG welding and DC manual welding respectively. According to different needs, the welding torch can achieve three kinds of control modes of shot arc, long arc and electric arc. Aiming at different welding purposes, the equipment is also designed with three kinds of pulse control modes which are low frequency, intermediate frequency and high frequency. With the functions of protection from over current, overheat and under-voltage, the equipment is superior in arc striking which allows for almost 100 percent arc striking success rate even with small current.
