Factory  

The factory is located in Xiangshan,Ningbo,Zhejiang. Gemfan has a complete and scientific quality management system. The factory area is about 3,000 sqm.

Equipped with all kinds of excellent machine and devices including high precision injection molding machine, milling machine, CNC machine tool, grinding machine, CNC machining center and various auxiliary processing equipment, as well as modern testing equipment especially for blades performance test, precision quality testing, multi-function power test dynamic balancing test and tension test, Gemfan's products quality and quantity are guaranteed through excellent technology, modern management and perfect production equipment.

Technology and Application

Design: We use CATIA and select airfoil profiles with low Reynolds number through the NACA airfoil profile database to conduct software data simulation and sample production. Constant tests and improvements are what we have always been doing. 

Production: With high precision injection molding machines and die manufacturing equipment, we can efficiently and stably produce various kinds of composite products made from all kinds of materials, and we accept customized orders from clients.

Quality Control: Equipped with various test instruments such as propeller effect measuring instrument, dynamic balance measuring instrument, material tester and so on, our lab is able to effectively control product performance and the stability of bulk shipment.
