DDQ (Deep drawing quality): refers to a material for deep drawing (punch) the use of, 304 DDQ stainless steel plate, more Ni has been added, which make deep drawing and deep-drawing effect better, that is what we call "soft stainless steel"
The main feature of DDQ stainless steel material is a high elongation ( 53%), low hardness ( 170HV), internal grain grading between 7.0 to 8.0, has excellent deep drawing excellent performance. If the elongation rate can not reach to a certain point, in the processing of deep-drawing, products is easily to show crack which will increase the cost of manufacturers.
