Extruder:for mix extrusion structure,for the reason of raw material,have high precision requirement to screw temperature ,water ring heating ring,extruder barrel and screw material common use 38CrMoAla high alloy steel stainless.screw core through cooling water or oil.assemble high precision temperature equipment.
Press sheet: use three vertical calender forming ,three roller for mirror parallel roller,inner assemble high precision constant temperature system.6m cooling tractor platform.
Wind up:the total long is 20m,in sequence 5roller forming,
Surface smooth processor, automatic correction trimming device. (can according to need to add other auxiliary equipment, tractors, double location winding machine.
