6. Pressure limit and control system
The polyether polyol and isocyanate component working pressure control in 0-4MPA,If the working pressure exceeds settled pressure range, the device will automatically stop injecting material and give an alarm.
7. Flow measuring and controlling system
According to the flow rate of the pump output and component mixing ratio process r equipment sand parameters, the components flow output flow of the pump by adjusting the rotational speed of speed regulation motor. 8. Components filter
The two components are respectively equipped with a mesh filter; the components filterin stalled between the metering pump and tank, the filtering work are done by cleaning on are gular date and opening the sewage valve.
9. Mixing head.
The materials are injected by the valve to the mixing chamber, precision spit, and synchronization without clogging. Mixing head driven by a motor to mix mechanically. The motor and the agitation axis are driven by a belt; the speed can be adjusted by the motor pushing and pulling.

10. Mixing head cleaning system
Mixing head cleaning system include 15L stainless steel barrel ,visual level gauge, safety valve, super charged device and related instrument. Solenoid valve control the air blast and liquid washing. The compressed air is used for blowing out of the mixing head residue and drying solvent.
Air blast time and liquid washing time are controlled by microcomputer, OP7 operation panel
The program of air blast and liquid washing can be settled.

14. Electrical control system
Electrical control system are using programming controller with SCR solid-state button, programming operation panel for easy to operation.
The main electrical components are imported brand stensure the safety and reliability of the control system.
The operation panel displays each of the followingparameters:255feed injection position; feed injectiontime0.01-99.99; to adjust each component by SPS button component to control the temperature, pressure and failure information such as the metering pump over pressure;
The control system has a strong fault alarm function, equipped with asound and light alarm device ,equipment automatically shut down when necessary
Control cabinet include: program controller; relay contactors, all kinds of switches, buttons; system soft ware and control procedures
