. 1 German high pressure metering pump Germany A2VK

. 1 set pressure control device,consist of range 0-1MPa pressure gage and riot pressure switch. To prevent pump fit, set to control pressure: 0.1MPa, when the pressure is lower than the set value,the control system alarm prompt

. 1 set high pressure control device,consist of range 0-40MPa pressure gage and riot pressure switch,used to adjust of work pressure of control components, set the working pressure range in 6-22MPa,when pressure beyond this range, equipment downtime alarm and show fault message of work pressure is too low or work pressure is too high

. Ultimate safety pressure of component metering pump set to 25MPa by the relief valve, the relief valve has a mechanical protection function, ensure the use of metering pump and system security

 
Functions and features:
 
Main parts of the machine such as metering pump, high pressure mixing head, programmable controllers, high-pressure pipe components, cyclopentane gas sensor probe and the control channel card etc are using imported parts, ensure and improve system reliability.
Equipment metering unit metering pump and motor are connected by magnetic coupling, thus avoid pump shaft leak and extend pump life, enhance system security, reliability; using a large insurance factor design make sure long service life.
