Turbo Type Wireline double and triple Q series Diamond Core Bits
Turbo type diamond core bit is best suited to formations that are hard to very hard under conditions that are solid or at most slightly broken. The Turbo (Style T) waterway configuration is not recommended for use in highly fractured formations.
Due to the reduced face contact area, core bits with the Turbo (Style T) configuration will generally cut with less than a core bit of equivalent size and manufactured with the Regular (Style W) configuration and will usually do so with an equivalent or higher rate of penetration. As a result, there is less of a tendency for the drill hole to deviate due to the application of lower bit loads. The partial (turbo) waterways also assist in ejecting the fine cuttings that are created when drilling hard, consolidated, non-abrasive formations and prevent the build-up of slurry on the bit face during drilling.
Reliable material and advanced technology
Backed up by the premium Atlas Copco Hobic line, has incorporated cutting edge metallurgical technology of the industry and on-site experiences of the world’s best drillers into the design and development of the bits.
Optimized matrices and crown profiles
Sinotechdrill bit share engineered with optimized matrices and crown profiles. By calculating the right balance between these variables we have achieved bits with exceptional penetration rates as well as extended service lives in the toughest of drilling conditions.
Superior performance
The bits cutting ability has been developed to allow high penetration rate or low weight on bit when formation demands it.The exceptiona ldurability and superior abrasion resistance have proven to increase drilling performance for a broad range of applications.
