Operating principle:Full automatic double-chamber fine filter of DHL-3000/S/G is a kind of filter equipment designed based on deep and surface filtration principles, which can eliminated the petroleum matter and suspended solid from the sewage produced by the oil field with the filter medium of superior emery and strictly control the particle size in water filtered with the filter element of inferior PE sintered pipe. The water would flow from the top to bottom through two stages during filtration. The water would flow from the bottom to the top to make the dirt come off the filter element and discharged from the backwash opening during backwash.
Double-chamber filter includes vertical cylindrical tank with upper clapboard and lower clapboard inside the tank body, the upper part of the upper clapboard is the upper chamber for filter medium, and the lower part of the lower clapboard is the lower chamber with PE sintered pipe installed, the space between upper clapboard and lower clapboard is water box, there is shell reinforcing plate for circumferential connection of upper clapboard and lower clapboard, and supporting device shall be set between the upper clapboard and lower clapboard.
