Fine filterOverview:For achieving the membrane separation technology of advanced fine processing on sewage,Website:http://www.dhpetrotools.com, the filtration technology of fine filter (titanium metal film) uses titanium metal film as medium, aperture screening as main method for removing pollutants, transmembrane pressure as driving force, mechanical screening as solid-liquid separation principle.Operating principle: The coming water flows into the primary filer by the lift pump in filtering, and the sewage, after going through the titanium metal filter element with oil drops and suspended particles being removed, flows into the secondary filter; the unique cross-flow structure is adopted in the secondary filter that the concentrated water flows back to the primary filter for retreatment and the purified water flows into water buffer tank or is discharged directly. In backwash, the purified water is automatically fed to backwash tank, and the primary membrane tube is washed by the backwash pump (washing from inside to outside) to cause the oscillation effect that would enhance the backwash strength. After the backwash, nothing happens on characters of titanium metal filter membrane. Wash and backwash is adopted in the secondary filter.
