It is also designed to solve the problem of the traditional shuttle loom which is heavy and slow during produce. The machine is using independent air supply system. Greatly reduced the power and energy consumption brought by the traditional centralized air supply system. The machine is at the best productivity using 21s-40s cotton yarn. With very high strength steel plate and middle support on the machine, gives the machine the most stable condition possibility. The machine is equipped with all-time production monitoring system, with every single meter produced on the machine counted and showing on the monitor, gives the user an exclusive producing notification.. With all different reed space reaching in a speed of 500RPM/min, the machine will be able to produce almost 1000 meter per 8 hour shift .The machine also come with closed selvage model, which satisfies with customers who is looking for making bandage in close selvage.
